Our Staffing Services
1. Contract Staffing

We provide Contract staffing when our client wants to hire IT professionals for a set amount of time for specific projects or assignments. Staff is employed by Oxeylo and so Client is not responsible for paying salary or benefits

2. Agile Team Solution

We offer a flexible team model where the team can be ramped up and downsized quickly as needed. The team can handle multiple projects to reduce the idle time and improve productivity. Our major differentiator is Agile CoE which has deep expertise in solutioning, technical and administrative management of the agile team. Client has been given an option to choose hourly and monthly billing based on the nature of the project. We ensure talent management very efficiently and effectively utilising the shared resource model.

3. Contract-to-hire Staffing

We provide Contract-to-hire staffing where the employee is placed in a short-term position for a set period of time, with the possibility of being hired full-time when the contract ends. The short contractual roles will allow both employer and employee the opportunity of a trial period before committing to full-time employment.

4. Permanent Staffing

We also provide a Permanent staffing option. An organisation benefits from direct hire staffing when they have long-term staffing needs. Staff who are direct hires are usually full-time and have their salary and benefits paid for by the organisation. Although Oxeylo is the recruiting agency and helps streamline the hiring process, Oxeylo is not the employer. Once an offer has been made by the organisation and accepted by the talent, the talent is added to the organisation’s payroll.

Our Staffing Process

1. Job Specification/Description

Job description/specification refers to a written informative documentation that states the duties, tasks, responsibilities and qualifications of a job, based on the findings of a job analysis.

2. Source

Sourcing refers to the process of searching for, identifying and contacting potential candidates.

3. Screen

Candidate screening is a process of determining whether a candidate is qualified for the role based on their education, experience, and information based on their resume. The goal of screening candidates is to decide whether to process them to the next level of hiring or to reject the application.

4. Interview

The interview process is the core element of the recruitment process, involving interviews that take place to evaluate candidacy for a role.

5. Reference

Most employers check references as part of the hiring process. Checking references involves contacting previous employers, supervisors, schools, and so forth to verify key employment and educational information and learn more about a candidate’s background, experiences, and skills.

6. Client Interview

In Client interview, the interviewer will ask questions to interviewee to check if the resource has the specific skills required for the open position.

7. Verification

Background verification is a process which our Background Verification Team carries out in order to verify the information provided by the candidate during hiring.

8. Successful placement and Guarantee

After completing all the above processes, the resource is ready for a successful placement. If a chosen job candidate fails to stay in the job, you will want to reassure employers that you can find a suitable replacement. This guarantee is known as replacement guarantee and is usually included in the recruitment/service agreement.
